Are cleaning products included with the price of your service?

Yes! We bring everything that is needed to make your home sparkle. If you have specific preferences we can't accommodate, you are welcome to provide them. However, all the products we use are ones we would use in our own house and we can't guarantee any results with products we are't familiar with. We require a release agreement to be signed to clean your home with supplies or equipment that you provide.

When can I book a cleaning with you?

We do our best to get all new clients on the schedule ASAP. Please submit a request form or give us a call.

When do I need to tell you if I want to add on services to my scheduled appointment?

To make sure we have enough time for all of our clients, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

I'm going to be out of town on the day of my cleaning appointment. Do I need to cancel?

Absolutely not! It is up to you if would like to cancel because you won't be home. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

I have pets, is that an issue?

It's not an issue at all. We ask that you contain your pets in a safe place if they tend to be anxious or aggressive.After the first couple cleanings, if your pet has become socialized with the team, we will be bff's and not require you to contain them. We love animals!
