Onboarding

We are absolutely delighted that you chose us to clean your space! To ensure that we can protect our resources, we require a 50% deposit for the initial cleaning appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. We are a small business, and our resources are limited compared to larger cleaning services. To ensure that we can accommodate others seeking initial services, we ask that the deposit is made within 48 hours.

Our office is more than happy to provide a flat-rate cost for regular home cleaning services. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly maintenance cleaning services, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs. We don't offer hourly rates, so you can enjoy the same great service for a fixed price. We're excited to help you keep your home clean and tidy!

We require payment for our services on the same day the services are completed. If payment is not made within 48 hours it will be subject to a late fee of $5/day.

We absolutely love animals and pets! We always look forward to meeting and greeting friendly pets, and we know that these interactions can be a lot of fun. However, if your pet is anxious or aggressive, we kindly ask that you contain them in an area that is safe for them and our staff. We want to ensure that everyone has a positive experience, so we appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank you for understanding!

We really appreciate you taking the time to pick up any clutter, clothes, and dishes that may be around your home before your appointment. This will help us to provide you with the best possible service and focus our efforts on the important areas in your space. We are confident that this will ensure your appointment is as effective as possible and we thank you for your cooperation.

We’re so pleased to be able to provide you with the best and most effective products to keep your space looking great! Our staff is highly trained in the use of these products, and we always strive to ensure that the job is done right. Of course, if you ever have any special requests, we’re happy to accommodate them – however, we can’t assume any liability for damage caused by products or equipment we’re not trained to use. To ensure that we can continue providing you with the best service possible, we ask that you agree to these conditions via our release form.

Punctuality

If you schedule a recurring clean within one month of the initial cleaning appointment, you won't have to pay additional initial cleaning rates. That's a great way to save money and keep your home looking its best!
We understand how busy and ever-changing life can be, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our clients' schedules. We really appreciate your request for a last minute change and we'll do our best to accommodate it. However, there are several factors that our team has to consider, so we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

If there ever comes a time when our team is unable to clean a property due to access issues that are out of our control, we charge an "inaccessibility fee" of $100.00 for the scheduled visit. This fee ensures that our team is compensated for the time and effort put into arriving to your scheduled visit.

Our team’s safety is a priority! Let’s make sure that all walking areas, sidewalks, driveways, etc., are clear of ice and snow when we arrive. Doing so will help us stay safe and avoid any unnecessary fees. If these areas are not clear, and it is a hazard to enter, there will be an “inaccessibility fee” of $100.00. Thank you for your help in making sure our team is safe!

Terminating Services

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are happy to accommodate any changes that you may have. We kindly ask that if you wish to terminate recurring cleaning services with us, you provide at least thirty (30) days of advanced notice. This helps us to ensure that our team has a consistent and stable work schedule. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for understanding that failure to cancel services within the given timeframe may result in a charge for 100% of the recurring appointment fee.
